The greyknights weapons aren't eletric or power weapons their called force weapons which amplifies their psychic powers. The blue stuff coming off their blades is their psychic powers charging the weapons. 🇬🇧❤👍

After that, I can recommend a lot of different channels for lore. Luetin09, Weshammer and Warrior Tier are the three I'd recommend having a look at. If you want to learn how the tabletop is played, Play On Tabletop did an excellent learn to play video called "How to Play Warhammer 40k. Space Marines vs Tyranids Demo Game" If you want a narrative story, Helsreach is probably where I'd go next. It's effectively a 3 hour movie.
I dont know if you have heard of Bricky and his podcast Adeptus Ridiculous (also on TH-cam) but its a great way to learn and have fun!
