Love it, great work, so clean and refined I do wish we could hear a sound demo of the bass maybe by itself. It sounded like it was being played over another bass part so it was hard to hear the sound of the instrument. But still it’s clearly an amazing build. Well done!
One of the most relaxing and therapeutic things I've watched in a long time. Things like this make TH-cam worthwhile. Well done on an amazing result and thanks for sharing your process.
Gorgeous work! What an inspiration. I do have one criticism though: if you had made that for me and taken the cellophane off of the pickguard before sending it, I would have sent it back and have you put it back on! I want to be the one to take it off! 😂
How amazing and random is this.. just searching for "how is a bass guitar made".. then I watched the whole Video and in the end here comes the song of my fav band Men I Trust... Appreciate it :)
Beautiful. I built a precision bass some years ago, but unfortunately, it didn’t age as well as I expected. I still used it in a recent video with a tube head, and to my surprise, the Peerless Alnico speaker made it sound pretty good. Now I’m tempted to start a jazz bass build and see how that turns out.
Such a beautiful instrument. The sole thing about it that I would have to object to is the preamp. The day before yesterday replaced the OBP2 that came stock in my Spector NS Ethos with a darkglass tone capsule. What a huge difference.
Amazing work as always. Great craftsmanship. Would it be possible to go through more of the available tones in you next build? It sounds like you use the bridge pickup on your demonstration.
I was in love up until the pickguard, really nice piece though regardless of the guard. I don't think I've had a bass with a guard now for the last 13ish years?
Tung oil is horrible and is meant for exterior wood - try button polish orjust a thinned down coat on the back of the neck Graphite paint, while excellent in control cavities, completely impedes the magnetic field of pickups and makes the freq res very mid-centric. You'd be way better off using copper tape. Try using bottled lacquer with a brush as it doesn't have aerosol propellant in it so it goes on thicker and cures quicker. One thing I do wonder - why do people cut the neck out then glue the fretboard on? its easier to cut the neck with the board already glued on. Beautiful basses though - great work; Gort: Klaatu Barada Nikto!
Not sure why these bass builders refuse to spend 50 bucks or so and ask an actual bass player to demo their instruments. You get nothing from listening to that audio at the end. I’m sure that bass sounds better in hands of an actual pro player.
I'm only 15 seconds in, and there has been more cuts than seconds. I really love videos with builds like this, but it is a lot more enjoyable if one can see what is happening and not cut cut cut cut cut cut, before I even realise what happened. Beside being less enjoyable, I find such constant fast cut videos really hard to watch beyond a minute or so. (This is meant as a good faith constructive opinion, which you can ignore or find helpful as you wish. Not meant as an attack.)
if you click on the channel, you will find a much longer video of this Bass Build, you asked, I give. and I would like to see a comment on the longer video to tell me of this is enough. Btw this is not (How-To) video, it's for entreatment. and if I want to show how to do a bass Build it will take at least three hours Video, and by that I'm limiting my audience by over 95%.
I got a headache watching it, too fast editing. Looking at other comments, it appears I am alone in with this opinion so it might be better to not change things. But I wish it was a 30-40 min edit, where each step of the build was clear. I skipped to the end, and the result was amazing. Great job.
I really dislike the paint job (makes it look amateurish), but other than that, it looks like a quality instrument. (Still, that paint job is wretched.)
Hi I'm a Bass player and a content Creator I could help you influence your Bass guitar here in Nigeria and across Africa due to my the audience I have. Get back to me in interested thank you.
That is the most beautiful bass I have ever seen!!!
Love it, great work, so clean and refined

The gold hardware went great with the coloring of the body and headstock. Very nice build here.
Thank you
Yeah this thing looks really great!
Maybe with black strings it could be even better lol? Awesome work
So nice to see somebody who does it nearly identically to me. No CNC, shaping a neck with a grinder and just taking time. Refreshing my friend
Really nice job ! 👏
Stunning bass! I dug the song too. It was beautiful! One day I will have a Barada bass!
Awesome bass! And even more awesome track choice! I love Men I Trust.

Many thanks Danny, I appreciate your words a lot!

this is straight up beautiful 🖤
Beautiful guitar and great video 👏👏👏👏👍🇬🇧👌
I've owned / own a whole bunch of basses over the last 50 years and yours looks great...the care you take while building was impressive
Many thanks I appreciate that
Wow....i keep coming again again in this video. Respect!

Thanm you!
that finish is so awesome, both for the back as the top and the headstock
Many thanks
Beautiful. Your builds get better every time I watch.
Thank you!
You deserve more attention for this. An instrument worth coveting.
Thanks a lot!
Great job 😁👏👏👏
I like the video please make more, what a beautiful Bass.
That is absolutely stunning man! Well done 👏👏👏

What a beautiful work of art.
Wow. That must have been satisfying.
Looks great!

Beautiful guitar and great sound
😎👍
Thank you
BEAUTIFUL work!!! You just earned a new fan 🙂
You’re welcome and thank you
Wow amazing ❤️
Finally a guitar build that isnt 3 hours long with the narrator yapping about using "cockswood oak grown in a czech meadow" or something
Top demais!!!🔥🔥🔥👌
Thanks
it looks and sounds 👌
Thank you!
Beautiful bass, and you are so talented.
Many thanks
So you can play any instrument? 😊😊
Beautiful bass by the way
No i can’t but I can just do some basics
Stunning
Made it look so easy
Such a beautiful instrument. The sole thing about it that I would have to object to is the preamp. The day before yesterday replaced the OBP2 that came stock in my Spector NS Ethos with a darkglass tone capsule. What a huge difference.

Greetings from Turkiye 👍👍🙏
This looks amazing
Bravo👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌
Very nice Dood and I like the plastic in the screw head trick. Very Good Stuff.
Thank you
Beautiful instrument.
Amazing work as always. Great craftsmanship. Would it be possible to go through more of the available tones in you next build? It sounds like you use the bridge pickup on your demonstration.
Yes I did, next time I will try to bringe a bass player to try it out
it came out beautiful . that pre amp tho.
Thank you
What products did you put on the body, like the buffing and the stuff you put on the back to enhance the grain of the wood against the dye?
Woow this is so beautiful
I would love to own one how can I get it
One day, when I'll have enough money, I swear to god, I'll get one of this bass.
Sube más videos haci son increíbles
That is gorgeous
Looks amazing! One might think it was inspired by Bacchus basses. Love the style of video too.
Many thanks
Is this carbon fiber reinforcement that you put into the neck ?
Think it's just the truss rod.
No, it’s carbon Fiber reinforcement as he said
@@BaradaGuitarsah gotcha. Beautiful bass btw.
Is that guitar what they would call a 3 band Active bro ? Nice job 😁😁🤘🤘
it's the two band active bro :D
Thank you!
this is incredible! how much did all the parts for the build cost?
Amazing job!!! Could you say what are distances between these 3 truss rods?
Many thanks, I made a rule, the distance is always the same width of my carbon fibre rods
using an angle grinder for the neck shaping... might need to try that out instead of hours of rasping and sanding
How much does this weigh? it looks amazing!
Awesome build bro. But what kinda mixer was that , and can I get a quote on a five string ?
Wow
💜Очень впечатляет! Men i Trust🎸
Nice work! By the way, what size is your stationary driller (distance from bit to vertical column. ) What brand/model is? Thanks
man i really need your information i want a left hand version of that bass
Nice......
That's a man I trust
Whats the extra burrows besides the trussrod for?
I'm guessing they are for some reinforcement rods.
I was in love up until the pickguard, really nice piece though regardless of the guard. I don't think I've had a bass with a guard now for the last 13ish years?
Super nice. I could watch such videos for hours... BTW: Why did you write ERIS on it?
maybe it's the name of the model?
how long stiffner is??
Very nice indeed!
Do u take orders?????
I REALLY WISH THAT ME AND MY FRIEND GET TO VISIT YOUR BASS FACTORY BECAUSE WE ARE PLANNING TO MAKE OUR OWN SIGNATURE BASS
How long did this build take? I’m looking at making my first bass and this is a great reference!
3-4 months
beautiful bass.
What thickness is your maple top?
9,6mm
Are there three truss rods in that?
How can we place an order please???
How much?
Цвет 💣
Why do people use clear pickguards?
Protecting the wood is the reason why people like to do that
@@BaradaGuitars thanks
Whats the track you are playing?
Lauren by Men I Trust

@@BaradaGuitars Thanks for letting me know you have longer videos, I will definitely check them out!
Your editor raced over this build way too much, rendering it deeply uninteresting.
No problem, you can watch the longer version by clicking on the name of the channel and then on Videos
