- An empty warehouse. Two young women have kidnapped a guy. One is clearly having more fun than the other. As the pair wait for the right time to call in, the situation gets out of hand. What ensues is a dangerous power play between the two women that could easily escalate with dramatic consequences.

I was in collage with endaf (guy in chair) and to watch this was really amazing. From practising plays with him to seeing all his hard work going far is wonderful. Hes such a lovely guy, very proud of him =)

Latrell Williams I’m pretty sure they meant great as in ‘oh, this makes a nice change from the hundreds of movies and stories that feature male kidnappers and damsels in distress’, not ‘yay we want to watch men being tortured by women because men are terrible’...
(I’m also pretty sure they were talking about fictional media, not real life... It’s fine if you personally don’t want to watch films with kidnapping in them but seeing as they still exist and are still being watched by other people, it shouldn’t be a big deal if the odd scriptwriter decides to ditch the old clichés and switch the gender roles round once in a while 🤷🏻♀️)

I just had an idea of a theory of why they kidnapped him. He is the blonde girl’s crush who broke her heart and her friend (the Psyco one ) wants revenge for her. Then as she’s backing out Psyco girl gets mad. And when they wanted to call someone maybe it was his current storyline girlfriend. I’m probably wrong but just a theory.
the scene was about control,the dark haired girl was using the hostage and apparently showing that she was prepared to hurt and humiliate him in order to get a reaction of disgust from her friend,by using the hostage in this way knowing that her friend would not allow real harm to befall him she was acting the reckless role and portraying herself as the one in control and very much being prepared to "do what it takes".when abbey takes the hostage into the other room she is upping the aunty so to speak and retaking the role of control of the hostages.this bluff which takes place in the other room and probably consists of nothing more than shouts and screams is done in order to make the dark haired girl think that real harm as befallen him and that the situation as got real.this shows her bluff for what it is and results in a switch in control to abbey.the view of the knife behind held i would say signifies the "prop"aspect of the knife as being just that..there was never a chance of it being used..and her scream was of frustration that her act had been seen through and her insecurity laid bare.Thats how i see it.

@SOFIA MENDOZA the into says 2 woman have kidnapped a guy.. abby says he was unconscious just a minute ago .. unlikely the call is to the police...tara calls him a shrimp abby says no ..mike was a shrimp a weak or impotent man..he is not a shrimp.. tara says you are afraid of him AND babies ..did he rape her.. they know him so a call to the police would have picked him up... as a hostage he now has leverage.. maybe she is pregnant.. afraid..and wants an abortion .. she says she was fixed up...so is the call to a clinic... neither want to physically hurt him..call someone who will ? not really likely...neither seemed brutal enough.. power play between the two woman... i think that is the point.. what did he really do and the call? maybe not all that relevant .. just my two cents

Charity Wakefield is awesome!
Very nice film. An insight into why this man was kidnapped and the implications of it would of heightened the tension, and would also of furthered character development. Because this is lacking the conflict at hand is more focused on how the man is treated and not at all any conflict regarding the moral justification as to why he was kidnapped, again nice despite that.
A man being kidnapped by two women is kinda rare to come by.
Because normally, men are physically stronger and less vulnerable to violence and unfair deeds from the female sex and gender, however, as much as I know that life and cinema are ON MORE LEVELS THAN ONE a different thing, there may have been rare instances where such scenarios did happen. But talk at times about them and expect 100% overall satisfying answers if you ask or say something unpopular in this field? People may end up JUSTIFIABLY giving you a hard time, and there is no way out. Then again, I am a sensitive guy who often also gets VERY curious about life!

Abby did nothing to the boy and was showing the other girl that she did care about him. She was making her break her bad girl act. The boy understood Abby’s goals and played along.

Rachel Turner - I’m not sure, but I think Abbey just scared him with the knife so he would scream. The other girl started to cry because she thought Abbey actually hurt him and the ‘control’ switched hands.

Nothing at all. Abby was showing the other girl that she was just as afraid as she was. Abby made her break her little act by acting like she was actually hurting him. He understands Abby’s goals and plays along. In truth the other girl did care about the boy.

The title of the film is in the title of the video, the full story isn’t that clear (at least, we don’t get an awful lot of backstory to it) but you should be able to understand the main gist of it from the video description and the comments I think?

Maybe he has done something else they perceive is hurtful or wrong, maybe they decided to kidnap and torture him for fun, to make some kind of statement to him and themselves, take out their frustration and aggression and/or anger at him for some reason, for money etc etc etc. No?
