On April 29, 2024, the intertropical convergence zone brought some rain to parts of Visayas and Mindanao. Classes have been conducted in an asynchronous manner to protect every person in affected areas, but there's great news: rain poured for over 30 minutes, which is considered a miracle in Hilongos, Leyte, Philippines.
