  • Not interested in my gelabber? watch from 15:08.
The concentration camp next to the train station of Hessental came into existence in the summer of 1944 and was dissolved in April 1945. It had a population of about 800 prisoners almost half of which were murdered. Their main task was to maintain the runways of the nearby airfield where Messerschmidt Me 262's were stationed.

Hi, well thanks for watching! I often think that so many people are informed about places like Auschwitz and other, smaller places are never heard of.

@@aniuxka2457 Hello again! I can really only tell you about places around where I live, but most towns have hidden secrets. Nürnberg is an amazing place to visit as is driving around the Nürburgring Nordschleife, Obersalzberg has lost so much but sit in the restaurant where and walk the paths of AH and Eva Braun. So many places....sometimes a beautiful country

the victims are not forgotten. My father smuggledd as a four year old boy bread to the warshaw ghetto. My grandmother was part of the communist resistance. They had been neighbors and good freinds of Geschwister Scholl in Forchtenberg. The Scholl first head about the nazi crimes from my grandmother.
