BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), is the calories needed for all bodily functions if you were to lay in bed all day and barely move any muscles. You went outside and were slightly active throughout the day, so eating at BMR is not recommended. I would expect you to burn anywhere from 2,2 -> 2,3K calories on a rest day. I would advise you to eat a few hundred calories over BMR on rest days. Just my opinion of course.

Take your maintenance calories (weight times 15 plus what you burned that day in exercise and NEAT works for me) multiply by 7 and that's your weekly maintenance. Stay under that and you lose bodyfat. Don't lose more than 1% of bodyweight because then you risk losing muscle. Have patience it's a marathon not a sprint

One day off is all you need unless your body tells you otherwise

If you’re trying to burn fat and lose weight I would recommend eating 200-300 calories deficit (less than what you burn in the day) 👍🏼
