Nah, I'm a native speaker and even though this is cringe and I'd never play this on my own, it's hilarious to watch precisely because Toast is cringing along with us, the audience. The tropes are very stereotypical in Chinese culture and somewhat accurate, and that kind of hyperbole/intentional over exaggeration works out in the humor department, so I wouldn't say it's not fun if you understood the dub.

I understand Tagalog and English but when watching movies, I'd prefer english if the movie is in English even if there was a tagalog dub. Those who understand both Japanese and English mostly prefers watching anime in Japanese.
