I’m glad that you learned something. The custom stair used to be the main stair tool and now it’s hidden away. You have to manually add it to your workspace.

Hi Jonathan, this video is super helpful for a custom stair I'm in the process of building. How to build a custom stair that connects 3 levels? I'm having trouble creating openings in the floors.

Hi. thanks for your comment. The openings and floors should be pretty straightforward, draw polygon for the floor opening, select the floor and the polygon. Right click and subtract surface.

I’m not clear what you mean by creating a custom stair that connects three levels. Is this three stories of the building or is this three different parts of the same Storey?
