Coming in at just over one million simoleons, this villa is nothing short of divine. While hardly easy on the moneybone, it surely is easy on the comfort- and luxurybones. Even though the whole skeletal metaphor is slowly falling apart, that is no indication of how utterly fantastic your living experience is going to be. Ever wondered what the 1% must feel like? If you can afford this, you probably haven't. The blend between jungle and the sophisticated stonework will lift life to another level.

This mansion is drop-dead gorgeous! 😍 How I wish they would finally add exterior details like that to the game! It must really have taken you forever to get the aesthetics just right, and it fits so incredibly well into the jungle, like an almost magical colonial mansion hidden in the wilderness ... (Although I know that colonialism had nothing magical about it whatsoever, I cannot help but admire its architectural beauty ... 🙈)
The reshade you used just gives it the perfect warm feel, like it is incredibly hot and humid. I can almost hear mosquitoes lazily buzzing in the heavy air ...
On a different note, I might have a solution to your waterfall problem (for the future): Just raise it up from the basement. If you do not construct a room to do it but just turn on the grid, objects you place on the basement level will have outdoor lighting, and they will not interfere with your sims' movement on the ground floor or get moved by terrain manipulation. It takes a bit of fiddling to raise the objects to the right height, but once they're above ground, you can use T.O.O.L. mod to do the rest while staying on the ground floor yourself. I hope that helps!

epic build, i really appreciate the effort. I stay away from historical builds bc they're too much of a hassle to get right. but you do them well. I sometimes think oh this may be too much and in the end it just works lol. thanks for sharing! i look forward to the second part
