Ive never been happy for an ad before, but for you ill watch them all and not skip lol cuz i want your channel to thrive and you deserve ALLL the moneys. Also, you should release a save file of newcrest that has all your townhouses and everything else u build there. Once you're done filling up newcrest of course. @@Honeybella omg I literally pray for you to release a save file everyday, I’m so glad ur thinking about it! I’m pretty sure all you do is place lots (and families if you want) down in a certain save file and then when ur satisfied, just take that save file from the “saves” section in ur EA>TS4 folder and upload it on mediafire or some other file sharing site!
i found you like almost 2 weeks ago. i LOVE your builds! i literally play your videos in the background when i go to sleep. your videos and voice are VERY calming for me. especially when my anxiety is extremely high! you give me so much inspiration for building in the sims!

Your garden is simply beautiful. At first I was skeptical about those winding pathways in the back, but when you placed down those tiny stones to frame it in, I suddenly loved it. It gives your otherwise very rectangular house and garden more of a flow. The same thing is true for your interiors: I feel like you combine angular and rounded shapes masterfully and place furniture in a way that creates a nice flow throughout the rooms as well. Of course, the combination of white and pale shades, wood, and lots of plants in light-flooded rooms always creates a soft, airy atmosphere. This feels like a safe, light-hearted, happy house full of people who take care of themselves and of each other.
I must also say that your choice of music fits all of your creations so well. I enjoy it a lot. ♥

Another immaculate build! I love watching your videos. Your voice and the music combined are so soothing... I've said it before, you build and design with such precision, and it's so awesome to watch your visions unfold. I especially love the landscaping on this one. The neutrals with bits of pink and purple are so dreamy. I'd love to lounge outside on those swings all day!

Omg I must’ve missed it the first time. The patience it must’ve took to do all those tiny rocks throughout the garden. Building is already time consuming, I would’ve gave up. 😯

I swore I had everything Felixandre ever released but I cannot for the life of me find the interior doors and it driving me bananas. I have gone through all my felixandre downloads and did find another one that somehow didn't get installed when I got my new computer but I cannot sort out where the doors are from. Help? Thanks! Or ... I might have unzipped Berlin 1 to my docs and not mods rofl. This build is absolutely stunning and I am excited to use it.
