@@pupi-pupi He isnt flooring it. More like just 3/4. Mat Watson did it in 9.9 seconds on Carwow. 0.2 seconds slower than advertised.
My Opel Corsa did it in 8.7 seconds on paper. Tested it as 9.0 seconds. Tuned the transmission control unit to be abit snappier on the shifts and lockup, it dropped down to 8.0 seconds flat. A stage 1 ECU remap brought the power up from 130hp to 165hp, and my acceleration time dropped even more to 7.3 seconds. Nearly supermini hot hatch level of performance.

1.2 puretech is just terible. 1.6 GM ecotec naturally aspirated is a very slow engine but still miles better

@@АлександрРадько-ю2гi agree, but we have at home 2005 astra H 1.6 NA with 320 k miles on clock. It doesnt drink oil and we did timing belt twice. I would like to see if 1.2 puretech is still around after almost 20 years of abuse and 320k miles

My Father has one, and to be honest, youre not gonna be doing pulls in one of these. Its a great family car and mainly used for cruising, for that the HP does the Job. Good milage and infotainment.

Coraz gorsze muły produkują. Dla porównania stara Honda Civic VIII generacji z silnikiem wolnossącym 1.8 140KM pierwszą setkę robi w 8,9s. A nawet Honda Civic X 1.0 126KM, czyli wersja trzycylindrowa z turbo pierwszą setkę robi w 10,4s.
Autor nie umie przyspieszac poprostu... Ta astra zbierze się w 10s do setki. Mat Watson zrobił nawet 9.9s
