I have a theory what was the thing in the end of the video.
Big what if but what if it was like a depression scribble that was created by meggy’s depression and you can even tell in the end of the video, Meggy was like closing her eyes and about to give in. What if she either becomes so depressed that she well..... attempts to just end it or push everyone away? Maybe even turn to drugs or something. I know it seems dark but I just have that vibe about that whole thing that’s disturbing. My proof is for example, how meggy feels she can’t do anything lately which is a sigh of depression but also the house being a mess happens to be another sign of depression.
