naw tbh sans would destroy steve unless steve had a lot of health boost, because sans'es attacks are immune to defense
or unless steve had super high regen
also if we're talking about both cannon characters but in a smash bros setting, then sans would easilly win, he would just telekinesis steve into the blast zone, as shown in the video sans isn't trying to kill steve, or eliminate him, he just trying to test his strength
