Thanks!! You're going to love the location. We parked at the terminal last time we cruised, but on our next sailing, we will be paying to leave our vehicle at the hotel and walk over. After the cruise it took a long time to get in the elevator. Our vehicle was on deck 3 in the parking garage.
Thank you so much for this. I was wondering how debarkation would be as well as if parking on level 3 was allowed. That's where I had planned to try and park. I had seen that was easiest to go straight into the port, not sure if it's actually true, lol. I have also seen that level 3 was reserved for handicapped only, so I didn't know if we would be allowed there. At terminal 6 we parked on the ground floor, so once we actually made it out of the terminal we were gone pretty quick. It did take a long time waiting on an elevator. It sounds like leaving the car at the hotel may be the way to go. 😊
@OfficialWashingtons Thanks for giving the advise can't wait to see your other videos of your trip on the cruise. It was awesome to meet you at Cococay Hideaway beach.
Heyyyy fam this is such a beautiful video....we wish to apologize for just getting here....I Wanda, have been under the weather lately and my health isn't the best right now!! Happy Thursday!!😊😊
Thank you for sharing. We are booked for November and looking forward to being right across the street from Terminal 3. Did y'all end up parking at the port or the hotel? I'm trying to decide which would be better. Getting into terminal 6 for Vista last year was quite confusing and a bit of a mess. Hoping to avoid that with Mardi Gras.
We parked at the port. BIG MISTAKE!! I recommend you leave your car at the hotel and pay the $15.90 per day. The morning of debarkation was so hectic. We park on deck 3, but it took us over 40 min to get on the elevator. Had we parked at the hotel, we could have avoided the crowd. Lesson learned for us. Our next cruise on the Mardi Gras, we will be leaving our car at the hotel.
Thank you so much for sharing this hotel information. Are there any restaurants within walking distance from the hotel? Standing across the street how fare would you say the walk to RC port? Would you need to take an Uber?
You're welcome! It's not far, but I think it's too far to walk. I would suggest taking a Uber to RC port. The restaurant we ate to was called Rusty's Seafood Oyster Bar. It's not in walking distance, but there are several other restaurants in that area. It was a 6 min drive from Holiday Inn Express.
This is so convenient. I must keep this in mind.
Yes, most definitely!!!
So happy you guys posted the hotel address in the beginning of the video appreciate that.
