Can you show how to do panel setting on the Sentra? I got one for Christmas and I’d love to make a baby blanket with it but I just can’t figure out how to do it properly. Thanks for the helpful content 💕

You need to try the primadonna, the universe and the Picasso. I used those from my stash to practice on the sentro and I loved it. Every Tuesday they have a promotion maybe worth waiting for 😉 besides the daily deals...

Can you give me a rough idea of your turnaround time from order to having the parcel in your hands? I have an order placed, but it seems to be taking a bit longer than some of my previous orders. I am compensating for the holidays for all involved, of course.
This order took 6 days for me to get it.
@@hoopandhome That's about what it used to take me. I already asked Ice themselves with no response yet, so now to maybe check the payment side to see if there's any issues there.

I really don't get US thicknesses. I only understand dk, aran, chunky and such like
Ice's ratings using the CYC system is a bit off, so you just have to have a good idea of yardage per 100g. For example, Magic Light has similar yardage to Bernat Softee Baby and is classified a thin 3 weight (dk). Saver skeins are comparable to RHSS standard 5 oz. skeins.

@@tinafletcher1145 It's the weird number on all the labels in the middle of a skein. There's a yarn council that tried to standardize everything to using weight using wraps around a ruler per inch (roughly 2.5cm) vs. ply number. There's conversion charts for folks if you search it out. Red Heart is the brand and Super Saver is a thinner Aran weight yarn line they produce. Aran is classified a 4 weight in the US. Bernat is another brand of yarn and Softee Baby is a line of baby yarn that is a thinner DK. The Magic Light and Saver are two lines of yarn from Ice Yarns and are a DK and Aran yarn respectively. I hope this sounds a little easier to understand. The yards per 100g can be changed to meters of yarn per 100 grams to make it easier to understand. I am in the US, and dove down the rabbit hole of information when I started crocheting again. The number of brands accessible is crazy.
