@@erikmarkszeberenyi9761 u can if u want , the Rustoleum x2 is Primer & Paint . I previously used Blue for a while on top of the original Orange, then this Gloss black on top as a base layer for the new 🔵🟣 color Shift paint as it enhances the effects. 🛴💨
