I have done this recipe many times. I used heavy cream all the way which reduces carbs content and lately I sweetened the mixture with allulose. Xylitol is kept for the topping with the torch. Always a hit with family and friends.

My suggestion for a channel name....Keto Recipes Upgraded. Thinking 🤔 that adding the word "recipes" would draw in more people perhaps. Your channel SHOULD be over 250k you are THAT good to our community ❤
I would love it if you came back and tried this one with allulose. I need to make creme brulee. I really love it but it seems like one of those things I don't make much at all. Maybe I'll try it with the allulose. 🤔😂
It's one that many just order out and never make at home, lol. Maybe if I got some of the flat creme brulee dishes that would work with the allulose, since it's a thinner base that doesn't take as long to bake. If you try it, let me know!

I'm no help, i like the upgrade lean in and i like it if you don't. I already feel like some of your recipes lean into the upgrade thing. Even if not all do. Some of your involved recipes or the ones that take technique are really spectacular. Some of yours are so good they should be illegal even if they're not all that hard (chocolate chip cookies I'm looking at you). Some probably have room for improvement but they're still good enough to make (cookie cut outs f.ex.). I don't need every recipe to be your cookies, and i don't need every video to be the same appeal. I'm happy when it's a recipe i am excited to make like pizza dough, and I'm happy when it's a recipe I'll never make but HOT DAMN is it fun to watch a master at work. So to answer your question i dunno, lol
