MTP that is simple, focused, aspirational, actionable and scales.
Everything they have created is designed to directly support that. They are not creating the learning, they allow users to enter their learning...all of it, wherever they take it and it will calculate its value. The learners enter their own learning. That is the part that scales. It is learning agnostic so it scales across all learning, competencies and industries. Brilliant!
