Hello Reema, im a reseller and recently I have so many issues.
Like 7 products delivery failed, the customer didn't get the goods. When I called meesho customer care they didn't respond.

If you do not like the product return it in 7 days and after that they will refund you in 5-6 days... I have done this many times..
