Good morning po Sir hingi po sana ako ng advice at ang tanong ko lang po ano po kaya ang kikitain ko pag nag franchiser ako? O depende pa sa nagbebenta kada araw? Hindi naman po kaya ako malulugi sa ibinayad ko sa franchise business? Meron din po bang orientation sa mga franchise business . Kung mag iindefendent naman po ako malapit lang po kami sa palengke kung kalakarin mula sa aming bahay sabihin ng 10min. Pero kung sasakay naman po ay kayang 5min. Pero wala po akong alam sa mga negosyo. As in 0 level idea. Gusto ko lang magsimulang negosyo para sa paglipat bahay namin dito ay hindi maubos agad ang magiging seperation pay ng asawa ko. Sana po mabigyan nyo po ako ng magandang advice. Salamat po

Instead of getting money regularly from the cashflow, mas mabuti mag issue ka dapat mg salary para sa sarili mo. Kasi mas fixed at predictable para sa cashflow yon. Ang pag kuha regularly ng pera without planning sa cashflow will hurt your business talaga...Good Luck sa business ninyo. 🙏

Sir, I'm a fan of RBX and wanted to be a franchisee for years. However, I'm a regular employee with a WFH setup. I used to own a business in my early 20's but did not find enough of a success in the field, although I can say that the entrepreneurial spirit is still alive within me. Do you have to give up employment to be able to run a franchise like RBX?

Honestly, Small food franchises like RBX is a perfect setup for working proffesionals. You can continue with you 8 hrs job . You just need to spend 2 to 3 hours three times a week in supervising the store for food safety and quality checks, finance audit and service quality audits…

Good question. It will depend on the contract you have with the franchises brand if the have this “non compete” agreement with their franchisee. Non compete means bawal ka mag engage sa same line of business after mo mag franchise for a certain period of time…

@@direklester926 wow thank you so much sir lester! i have a follow up question po sana sir lester if i am not taking too much of your time.... im a doc by profession, then let's say i want to franchise a pharmacy(generics) next year, but i dont have that certain level of knowledge in business and i can only manage the store from 8 am to 12NN. Is there any possiblity that i could hire one of my friends to be the ops manager or is it safe to say that the pharmacy can run itself (passive income) and pupunta nlng ako every other day para magcheck? your response to this question really means so much po.
