My research has shown me a more affordable franchise where the franchisor gives you pretty much everything. I wouldn’t do a fast food franchise at all. Very low profit margins, and very expensive to start up. I definitely would advise to stay in a financial range you feel comfortable in. Get your first win under your belt in business and it helps a lot.

I believe the area of improvement for me is marketing because I just have a fear of going up to random people and talking to them. I have applied for a SBA loan for $450k that required 20% down. I want to be a semi-absence owner because I still love my Accounting day job. Based on this information I provided do you think it is still a good idea to go through with it. I have anxiety because this is uncharted territories for me. I have a family that I still have to provide for as well.

Overall UPS is a reputable franchise that is almost everywhere. Here's what you want to ask and find out...what areas do UPS stores succeed in? Demographics, residential, commercial, etc. Does that location area have the necessary ingredients to support a successful store?

Hey Isaac, don't get hung up on that part- super easy. Whatever state your in just google LLC in your state. Solid. I'd stay away from franchise brokering unless you have owned franchises yourself. Medical industry is highly competitive, but if you can crack through- could be huge.
