Dimash is a gift from God.. he touches our souls. I am 69 years old and have never been touched by any artist like I am by Dimash. and he draws people together. I was at his concert in New York and there were no strangers among the Dears. we were recognized and welcomed into their world also... the hotel, restaurants, not just at the concert!! We met people who had come from Iceland, people who had been to every one of his concerts. we met his ballet dancers at our hotel such an amazing time. And to top it off we went to his concert...Dimash looked like he was having so much fun!!
There were people from over 60 different countries. I traveled from Puerto Rico just to be at that spectacular concert . Had to come back to the island super early next day to go to work. LOL! OH, but it was so worth it... I thank God for the opportunity to be there. 😍

I don't know if this has been said before, but his parents are both singers. His mom I read, sang opera, and Dimash was classically trained as well. He was never afraid of being on stage, and at age two, he would go up and take "final bows" with his parents. Before he was admitted to music school in Aktobe, he sang for the instructors. Afterwards, they told his parents that he had "perfect pitch". He could sing and identify every note. He has been performing since age five, and he is now 26, so he has learned and practiced his craft for over twenty years. In an interview he stated that he normally practices for 4-5 hours per day, unless he is preparing to perform, then he practices 10-11 hours per day. He was born with an incredible gift, and he has worked very hard nearly every day of his life to perfect and grow that gift. I can't imagine how much more he will develop as he ages.

Probably could on a cd with a burner but you can’t find those any more . If someone you know is tech savvy see if they can tell him how. Mine isn’t best as I just have my phone . I had a burglary and my stereo and tv ( and anything worth stealing ) is gone . I have a couple of play lists that repeat though .

Thank you! So, my point is... how does Dimash integrate all these different ethnic elements into his performances, not just okay, but amazingly astoundingly well? Not just his own ethnic background but quite a number of other ones too? I mean, as an Arab, you realize how well he mastered and went above and beyond those runs. Maybe we can explain it from the fact that Kazakhs are branches of the Turkic main trunk, which are close to the Arab culture, and so Dimash might have heard this type of runs as he was growing up. But then, he also sings classical style Chinese as feelingly as a Chinese... and Mongolian style throat singing... boggles my mind...

I don't know if this has been said before, but his parents are both singers. His mom I read, sang opera, and Dimash was classically trained as well. He was never afraid of being on stage, and at age two, he would go up and take "final bows" with his parents. Before he was admitted to music school in Aktobe, he sang for the instructors. Afterwards, they told his parents that he had "perfect pitch". He could sing and identify every note. He has been performing since age five, and he is now 26, so he has learned and practiced his craft for over twenty years. In an interview he stated that he normally practices for 4-5 hours per day, unless he is preparing to perform, then he practices 10-11 hours per day. He was born with an incredible gift, and he has worked very hard nearly every day of his life to perfect and grow that gift. I can't imagine how much more he will develop as he ages.
His mom is a classically trained soprano but doesn’t sing opera.

If someone you know is tech savvy see if they can tell him how. Mine isn’t best as I just have my phone . I had a burglary and my stereo and tv ( and anything worth stealing ) is gone .

His beautiful personality adds to his performances.....that is why he is so special to the whole world. Definitely Kazakhstans best ambassador. I absolutely love the culture and the music of Kazakstan. I have never been to other countries but other cultures are so intriguing to me. From the pictures I saw Kazakhstan is a beautiful country. I am glad that you like South Africa.....it is a very diverse country with many cultures and languages.

Thank you! So, my point is... how does Dimash integrate all these different ethnic elements into his performances, not just okay, but amazingly astoundingly well? Not just his own ethnic background but quite a number of other ones too? I mean, as an Arab, you realize how well he mastered and went above and beyond those runs. Maybe we can explain it from the fact that Kazakhs are branches of the Turkic main trunk, which are close to the Arab culture, and so Dimash might have heard this type of runs as he was growing up. But then, he also sings classical style Chinese as feelingly as a Chinese... and Mongolian style throat singing... boggles my mind...
I would love you to react to 2 versions back to back of the song "Know." First his lyric version at the VTB Arena Ice Palace in Moscow. Second his Vocalise (No Lyrics) from his Arnau concert tour 2020. Take it from me, this will Blow your Mind. 😊🏴👍
