Need for Speed Heat GTX 970 + i5 4460 | Low vs. Medium vs. High vs. Ultra | 1080p60fps

I'm sure the GPU is bottlenecking, as i remember few yrs back i had the same GPU paired with i5 2500k 16gigs of ram.. It ran 1080p high i get 55-60fps average.

Man that cpu must suck. I have a 4790k and the same gpu and I run 60ish on ultra with 90% res scale

I have an i7 4790k and the motherboard is h81m-e but the motherboard cannot be updated so I can't use it. What is your motherboard model?
