Tried to respond to your review on showz but it didn't let me since I'm still new My crimsons head has no issues, but the left arm bicep rotation on mine is also completely frozen as well. The right arms are able to rotate just fine, but I noticed that the piston detail on the under arm for the back right arm for mine was never glued or barely glued. It comes right off. Thankfully an easy fix. My only other issue so far is that the waist rotation range is about half that seen in other reviews videos. I'll have to keep messing with it and the bicep to see if I can fix it
Hey batsugun2021, and anyone else just starting to receive this item, before you send your figure back to the distributor/manufacturer for seized/frozen biceps, just know that you need to use some firm pressure to loosen the joint. As a matter of fact, the bicep swivel on all 3 arms will swivel nicely and smoothly once you free them up from their 'stationary transit paralysis' so to speak. Take care of the plastic molded details on the pieces that surround the bicep so you don't crack or break anything, but trust me they work perfectly. I just got mine yesterday and the first thing I did was check the neck and bicep joints per this reviewer's concerns. While my neck joint was fine, I too thought my left bicep was frozen and got a little bummed at first. Then I remembered that this was a metal structure internal skeleton, and metal-on-metal joints can tend to be tighter than plastic joints sometimes. A little even firm pressure, and VOILA; smooth bicep swiveling action! I hope this helps you all. This is a balanced, well articulated, and highly detailed statue that reeks of quality, and presents beautifully. Congrats to anybody adding this to their collection.
This figure has a missing neck joint and the joint in the biceps is installed incorrectly. I've tried warm dryer and pressure. But I can see the joint is installed incorrectly.
Man I'm really sorry for your problematic CT. I was hoping that your bicep problem was just due to tightness, but I hear you loud and clearly on that issue. An improper installation ruins everything. And I definitely never doubted you on the missing neck joint either. You did a great job showing that area. I hope they resolve this for you quickly and painlessly.@@batsugun2021

ShowZ don't tend to send replacements, their refund and return things kinda weird since they'll only refund you after they resell this. But they are pretty reliable with replacement parts.

You should try sending the figure back to get a replacement figure that has the joint installed to avoid the floppy head issue again.
I'm in the process of getting it resolved. Hopefully they will replace it. Waiting on a resolution.
