My supervisor had a vacancy for SHK so he hired me.
You can do part time with this, it will only affect your tax class. As this job is part time with 10 hours per week.

Germany is good for free education but you have to learn German in order to get a good job.
On the other hand UK has tuition fee, but there is no restrictions of language.
