Ye samaj ni aaya ki coordinator commit/abort state pe kaise timeout ho sakta hai? iss state pe toh it isn't waiting for any messages, so how is "timeout" possible?

At that time the coordinator is waiting for votes and if he dosnt gets votes it wil get timeout
