You can try connect any rs485-usb converter, but it maybe 50/50.

@@minhtuan7699 9.1 mean error of feedback sensor - encoder or resolver, check cable between drive and feedback, replace feedback by new. Show you electric diagram.
@@minhtuan7699 you need OPDexplorer software or change parameter by keypad C00=0 - sensorless. Read manual 2.5 Sensorless procedure
