i think it got suspended from having the wrong card for payment but i already had added my new card but i guess it did not take it i sent in a appeal before i removed the old card will i be able to get my account back

Great details, my account has been suspended for the first time (Your account violated the Circumventing systems policy.) the reason is I created new email specifically for the ad account, when I created the ad, I did it with my old email address by mistake because it set as a default on chrome when I notice that I switch to the new email, so I filled verification forms that sent to my both emails and that how it suspended, if you could please help. thanks

I created a new gmail account to use for ads. It is my company account, with all the data, and as a payment method I registered the company card. I hired a freelancer (from another country) to set up my ads remotely, using that ID number. He set the first campaign, and on the second, my account was blocked for suspicious payments. do not contact customer support they will not answer or help you in any ways. just appeal and you will get back your account. this is the only way you can get back your account.
@@vender Yes yes just appeal. On two separate accounts with two different people with two different businesses, I saw how both were immediately suspended for Suspicious Payments. We sent Google an appeal with full ID and photos of the CC in question plus proof of the address and proof of ownership of the business and they were both rejected. There is no logic or decrement with Google. There is no one to talk to. No one will tell you to want the error is. You just get stonewalled.

The exact same thing happened to me. I sent ID and CC info plus proof of address. The site was built on a 3rd party platform so it's not hacked with Malware. I feel like there at things you can do that will definitely get you in trouble but I also feel like if you have a new account you can just get screwed with zero recourse.
