Why does he look so much better than the other characters like his cell shading is better and animstions the new producer is killing it.
Yeah, the newer dlc characters deeeeeffinetly got improved modeling.
This game would go so insane if they revamped all the characters in the game to look like that

To be fair when you think of broly z you think of how much of a monster he was when he’s the legendary super saiyan not his base form
Want to know something else, custom z broly is also getting gigantic explosion.
Why else would he be called: RESTRAINED! There's a reason why his base form does little damage!😈
Facts
I'm pretty excited for his skills more than anything.
Not only because they're green but they have the same mechanic as Super Mad Dance where they become better while transformed.
Not only gaining damage from the awoken itself but also gaining as second "because awoken" modifier.
That Eraser Shot especially became a little more that 2 times stronger after awoken. Assuming the player version works the same I think I'm gonna fall in love with that skill, it'll be so powerful.

Broly (restrained) is so amazing and his moves look Incredible.
Honesty, im glad they added him later on than way before. Because if we did he wouldn't look like the model he is now, I doudt they would've gave him 4 new skills(3 if you count his charge brand new) and more important his combo string would not look cool like this.
I'm not upset about it. It just took so long to have added him.

If he were in the base game he wouldn't have been as cool as he is in.
Broly's model even looks high effort, the shading is entirely different compared to other characters.
Kind of looks like they put a little more love into him than the others

Apparently you can also use the Explosion Ultimate as an evasive too 🫠 you can activate it while being knocked back or getting hit
I feel like they could have changed the grab to when broly throws videl into the water from the actual movie.

Well they probably didn’t do that because this Restrained Form is from the First Broly Movie. He did the grab you’re talking about in the Second Coming where he was super saiyan and his restraint was long gone
Hopefully they also add super saiyan broly from the second movie

This opens up so much more for this game like king vegeta,base super broly,base toppo,bojack second form,hatchiyack all of them are now renewed possibilities and with the amazing animations and skills of these new characters I haven’t been so hyped for another 3 dlc in this game

All I can say that hasn't been said is while Broly (Restrained) and the CaC can only use Gigantic Explosion when transformed, you cannot undo the transformation on Broly (Restrained). I assume this is not the case for the base game Legendary Super Saiyan Z-Broly as a Custom Partner (as he is already transformed), because he and the Custom 18, Videl, Rosé Goku Black, and God Vegeta also get the new DLC moves. (Also base Vegeta and SSJ4 Vegeta. No scythe for base Goku Black, unfortunately.)

Dude there is no reason why this broly should've been in the base game. The lsj broly that we have in the base game isn't from the 1st movie its from the 2nd.
The broly we have is from the first movie his skirt isn’t ripped and he doesn’t have the scar on his chest
