Ultra instinct Goku does have an auto dodge. Its just when he gets very low on health.

Ultra Instinct Goku not the new one but the old one now has a 3rd preset with the same sign of Awakening but different skills
You can also vanish around while charging the divine kamehameha, kinda like afterimage strike

Actually Ultra Instinct Goku sign can Auto Dodge. You just have to make sure his health is 50% lower
You can also teleport behind your enemies with the sign of Awakening attack I'm pretty sure you can charge it and make it so that it goes further
