i hope you're ok. Anxiety is horrible. Thankfully I do not suffer from it at night, but I do have insomnia often. These video's help with my anxiety during my day. They are such a blessing.
The best way to not fhedl anxiety is to watch alot of positive things, and over all change your entorn, every thing that you see in your eyes are reminding your mind about why is anxiety, try to not take medication unless it gets very very hard, this are drugs that only hide the effects but not cure them, and you get addicted to it...

My parents like when you make these videos. Paints a picture of the old days when people set aside some time for coffee and conversation, compared to today's world where people keep themselves "busy" with a lot of distractions and electronic noise, if that makes sense.

A toast 🍹 to my favorite cheeky, jazzy little Owl 🦉. I just recently had surgery and my recovery has be difficult. The toughest one to date. This scene, the waves crashing upon the shore. This picture and setting reminds me of dusk on Levante beach in Benidorm. Just sitting at a taverna eating and drinking Sangria 🍸 enjoying the atmosphere thats calming and perfect. Gorgeous! I love the far-away city lights! I usually don't like waves, but these don't bother me at all! Others tend to be too loud, but these allow for the music to be appreciated. They line up visually as well! Amazing details all throughout, as always. Nothing flat, everything is full of life. Nicely done!

I don’t often hear Bossa Nova and forget what lovely genre it is. The rolling mountains and night sky stuffed with stars brings back so many memories of being a young sailor stationed in Central America and those perfect nights we had on the beach or in the mountains just taking in the cool ocean breeze and enjoying being young.
We were listening to more Black Sabbath than Bossa Nova back then, but they were happy, beautiful times nonetheless.

@@CalmedByNature The only drawback was that you did not want to pass out too near the jungle because of *VAMPIRE* *BATS* .They preferred the forehead and since their bites are painless and their saliva has an anticoagulant, you fell asleep care-free on the beach and woke up looking like the aftermath of a Lucio Fulci movie. 😬😬😬

I resently came back from French Polynesia specifically Bora Bora islands and i heard this type of music everywhere and i was really enjoying this music so i asked one of the people that worked on my resort what was the genre and he told me it was Bossa Nova Nights and until now I can’t stop listening to it
I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks and my go to place is a beach like the film Castaway. It brings me back to earth and calms me so listening to this just makes it 100% better. Sound of waves crashing is so lovely. 👌
