Just because he didn't pop every zit, and clear out every single pore during the video, doesn't mean he did the patient a disservice. Sometimes the patient has to come back and get treated more than once. If they did everything in one sitting, that patient would wake up the next day with an extremely sore face. Believe me these extractions hurt, and will leave you sore, if overdone. I really wish people would at least get an understanding of how this works, instead of leaving nasty comments, and being hateful.

Can this not be done with plucking using the nipper? There is the tendency of scrapping the skin of the nose and it is very painful. The clients came for a better skin not an injury.

This is the proper way to burst nose zits . Only advance ,once you clean the bursted pore . Otherwise you are just filling up open pores with surface bacteria, by shunting them off.

How does one face get like that not washing it? That is weeks or even months worth of dirt on that face I thank God that I wake up in the morning and don't have that problem that person is not keeping their face clean because it's too much dirt in the pores
