This is the original port without the terrible harsh lighting with highlights overblown and details lost in darkness. Plus, models look much more better and lifelike in the original. Guess that makes this the definitive edition. Original game as the developers intended, and with all the new additions found in the Remastered.

Nowhere at all were they comparing graphical fidelity, resolution, texture quality, etc. They simply stated the Switch port has better lighting and is preferable to the PS4 remaster oversaturation. Perhaps take a course in reading comprehension before commenting so you don't look like an absolute shit.

The Switch Version of this game just looks better since this awful implementation is missing. As an owner of a PC and all consoles that is playing on TV most of the time, I rarely prefer Switch Ports. This game however is definitely a Switch buy.
I first played this on WiiU a long time ago and I found the FPS to be all over the place. This seems to be considerably better, although not perfect. I might give this a try.
well i seen somw switch games comparison the colours look so much better compared to ps4 pro and xbox one X the frame rate is the thing tho i hope they release something like nintendo switch pro with ofc updated and boosted specs to make the frame rate more stabilised
looks really good.Environments,character models and effects look a little dated but the resolution,shadows,lighting and anti-aliasing looks really clean idk bout framerate yet
Can somone help I bought this game for my switch lite but anytime I try to connect the internet it connects then randomly turns off and I have tried restarting it but it does it over and over
In citys is not stable (25 - 30 fps), inside of some buildings it's unstable as well when there are a lot of people... But the rest of the game is like 28 - 30 fps and it looks so good on handheld and tv mode
bullshit! I try the game in very stable at 30 solid fps especially in portable mode ..in big town there are some little drops but the same happen ox xbox one and ps4

Its more the gameplay and the abilitie for portablity. Graphics are not completly what video games are based on. Its a decent port. It gets people into a series/game developer companys that they dont usually see. Idk why everyone is so salty about the graphics! Im just happy to assassinate red coats on the go

We cannot support UBI on this one. The poor fps and pop in is just screaming lazy port - this only has some of the remaster elements.
