I too changed but 18” rim and tubless tyre with stock size no issue I’m facing
Main issue is tyre options are less and too costly in India, Whereas if you use 17 inch alloys there are many option available and affordable. So that's why i choose 17 inches for my GT650

Thanks bro for sharing the video. Was there any issue while attaching the disc and fitting the tyre? Is there any friction between the disc and the caliber? any bush related issue? My bike is undergoing this change and apparently the service team called up to inform about the delay because of this. Hence wanted to check if you faced any issues and how it was solved?
Use meteor 350 coupler rubbers so tyre can fit easily because 650 stock rubbers are bigger then the meteor alloy hub it can't be measurable by eyes so I recommend using the meteor 350 coupler rubber. If needed any other help

I'm Going to change in this set up.. Now I'm at showroom. Getting a test with meteor rim before purchasing. Everything seems fine. The mechanic fitted and tested and told me.. fitting was no issue.. directly fitted... but there is a balancing problem with the front spoked rim.. so changing it to gt 650 alloy for front.. internal dynamic air is causing little balancing disturbance but it will be gone with both alloys.
How's the bikes stability now ? I'm planning got get one after 15thousand KM run

1)Did you get this wheel change done from RE showroom itself ?
2)Is there any difference in mileage, speed, power delivery, braking performance after wheel change ?
Because new models of continental GT have alloy wheels but Mr.Clean variant which I want still comes with spoke wheels. So Im thinking to buy Mr.Clean and then change its spoke wheels to alloy wheels from RE showroom.

There are lot's of range in tyre 2nd better in handling

Why dint you tried 17" front alloy from hunter
The Hunter alloy doesn't seem to be compatible with my bike, the GT 650. I'm hesitant to make any modifications to my bike to accommodate it.

Brake pad lasted for how much kilometres?
First 5500 chale the rear wale abhi so far 6500km or chl chuki. Means 13000km

I heard Mr chrome has wobbling issues and therefore inclining more towards the slipstream blue.
