Regarding tools to use for app improvement, UXcam or Smartlook ar important as well cause they show you recordings and heatmaps of the users and you can notice recorded events and journeys in the app. Is like watching the user over the shoulder while using it. Tools like Amplitude are important, but they show you data and flows without the visual context. Great episode btw.
