Ticket 30: No item category available (Table T184 ZFOC VERP).
Solution:
There were some changes done from business and updated as item category from NORM to VERP. As per current set up there is no item category maintained as per the combination of VERP.

Sir i am facing one issue while making return order with reference to billing document system is determining wrong item category for free goods and its showing free goods are also chargeable while in order the item category is correctly determined. How to solve this?

Can you please check what is the pricing parameter maintained in return order item category

In free goods item category it should be maintained as B only.
