    As an expert foreclosure, probate and residential for over thirty years here are the issues thay trouble me in your "contract": Taxes are the responsibility of the owner so are repairs . .once you don't pay those it is a clear indicator that you are not a share owner but you are committing RIBA. Also your smoke screen of sharing in the loss in catastrophe is simply a protection clause that exists on typical or even predatory loans that protects the lenders interest . . You just went the extra mile to make as if your doing the (consumer) a favor. who you should have called the (partner) . . I am really doubting the legitimacy or sanity of anyone who says this is halal

    Also a partner or a landlord both are responsible for repairs and benefit from that especially maintaining the value of the property whish is the value being exchanged in a sale (Tijara). And by keeping it the (consumer) responsibility you again are a lender not a partner

    If your going to do riba ... do it at the lowest price . . Don't Subject yourself to this disrespect of intelligence
