Rosita has been controversial in the parks lately. It was originally named for Ernie, which makes sense with Trader Bert's Next door. With the stage next door, they could always demolish that back corner for an expansion plot since the only way they can really go in the short term is remove a slide in Elmo's World (wet or dry) and put a roller coaster on the lake. After that would be some Chocolatetown level expansion plus a garage to complete the loop around Vapor Trail-which I don't think is needed yet
I was recently reminded of a chain of empanada bakeries in Spain (mostly in Madrid, but I saw one in Granada). The food truck in the Neighborhood had empanadas the last time I visited the park and they were good for what they are. Didn't like the ones from the farmers market or from Wawa
