    Brittany, you are amazing! I am 150lbs over weight so it is hard to find something that is truly for “beginners” you nailed it! Your personality combined with the work out makes it fun and I am excited and not intimidated to move beyond the beginner classes. I’m already losing weight while gaining stamina, flexibility, and overall energy. Truly amazing. Thanks so much. Tried a lot of things and this is the only one I look forward too because it is such a positive and fun environment. I don’t feel like you are teaching a class so much as training me personally which is very motivating. I love that there is a video for any pace I feel up to. Awesome job! You have accomplished what so many others before you have tried. Be proud of yourself, you are making a difference.

    Just wanted to say thanks for this! I'm 58 and haven't worked out in ages. I walk all the time for hours on end as a waitress but I'm still losing muscle mass and gaining weight around my middle. I just did this video for the first time today and I made it though the whole thing, and felt so good after. Looking forward to getting better at it and firming up!

    I am very picky about how I utilize my time for my workouts, this was fantastic. I haven't practiced piyo in years so the level was perfect for my morning workout. Love you, thank you. Cant wait to do this again and lookin forward to the addons.

    This was my first PIYO workout and I loved it. The pace was just right for someone my age trying to lose weight and get into shape. Can't wait for tomorrow. :-)

    loved your video! i usually only do cardio (running) . I came across Piyo videos and I love how you explain each exercise! Im loosing much of my muscle mass in my late 40s and need to explore this more! Thank you for these videos!
