Shimo has ice breath stronger than the ice weapons that crippled Destroyah, and Godzilla is effectively in a permanent burning state that he can control the output of. Destroyah dies faster in this fight than he did in his original movie.

I love how Mothra isn't really striking a menacing pose, she's just looking at the bad guy like, "Yeah, you're not leaving with a single bone intact."
In before the next antagonist takes several pages out of Broly's book, and proceeds to utterly stomp on everyone for a good portion of the movie, until plot armor kicks in.
I hope that happens. Then again, plot armor in this setting is dropping a nuke on someone to power them up.

To be fair Destoroyah would be kinda neat to put in the Monsterverse since he's an aggregate of numerous tiny versions. An army of small critters would give the humans sonething actually USEFUL to do, like in Kong Skull Island where they have lesser monsters to fight while Kong clashes with the Big Skullcrawler.

Behemoth's death is literally what made every kaijus lock in, always in EVERY animation where Behemoth dies against a world ending threat in the Monstereverse everyone including the humans starts looking like like they been through some shi*t.
Behemoth is what really the one who saved the world.
Also can we not have Behemoth die again cause animators like Slick, Tikof1, Dino Mania, Pivot Master, JimboCC, and Baryonyx has made that into a trend for Monsterverse animations.

Honestly, I think Destroyah would probably be one of the best ways to keep the "stakes" without being being to absurd. Imagine if instead of starting out as a giant monster, it begins as a "disease" or a locust swarm thats eating all the food, making things unlivable and causing kong's army and the other titans to go to war with itself. It starts out as a trigger for other giant monster fights in an all out war (Which still means plenty of kaiju fights) so that when it actually becomes a normal monster to fight, there's considerably less monsters to oppose it.
It'd be cool if the stakes just go into space within the local solar system in the next movie just to balance the abundance of heroic titans, but considering the recurring ancient rivalry trope that must be included in nearly every film, it seems highly unlikely.
...Maybe a prophecized galactic warmonger amongst titans from the stars, but again, I dunno.

Her story would be the same but add more kaiju D.N.A, hear me out.
Human D.N.A: obvious reasons
Rose Flower D.N.A: obvious reasons
Godzilla D.N.A: gives Biollante a bit of durability
Amhuluk D.N.A: for Biollante to assimilate more plant life into her mass and manipulate the plant life around her
Muto D.N.A: For create an EMP to weaken Godzillas atomic breath so the fight can be a bit more fair
Ghidorah D.N.A: to regenerate very fast and make Biollante more harder to kill
For the sake of escalation, they’re probably gonna HAVE to do space Godzilla next
