I love James Blunt… I think maybe in the video he as another soldier was bringing her his tags home… I have listened to James a lot… it’s funny that’s is probably the way many people would describe me.. sweet, soft and comforting with a high voice… lol not sure how interesting though lol… I was always the nurse people would send to comfort a patient who was on their way home literally…so that song always had a double meaning for me… Thank you…🙏🏻🫶🏻🙏🏻
When you go to heaven your soul is with Jesus . When we are caught up the dead rise first and the soul is reunited with their glorified bodies. It’s beautiful. ❤️✝️
The incident was in Kosovo during the peace keeping mission. She was American serving with some Brits. He was a young officer. It's based on a real event. Heaven and hell are spiritual conditions, not physical.
I discovered your channel today, listening to the James Blunt war songs in reverse order, with Disturbed, Sound of Silence, in between and doing the dishes as well. I say all that just to say that while I was doing dishes I was thinking the same thing you pointed out in your comment about angles and angle wings and how most Christians believe that when we die go straight to heaven (and some think we get wings), but that is not what the Bible says. We die, we are buried, or cremated, and then at the second coming those in Christ are called up. I know this is why some believe we should not be cremated, how can we be called up if we are scattered? Well, I’m sure that the God who created the universe can find all my molecules and atoms wherever they are and put them together again. OK, just my 2cents, thanks for your channel and comments.
Thank you, his voice has so much emotion and depth! Thank you for your service 💖🙏🏻🎶
Always loved this song
James Blunt was a Commander in the British Army. I believe his best friend was KIA next to him & as Commander he had to carry him home.
He has a way of reaching your heart
It was another us female soldier that he held her till she died then had to give her next to kin’s dog tags and last letters to in uk

Death is not the end .
It sounds like you should react to No Bravery by James Blunt.

Yeah, I think if God created the world, he can locate your ashes regardless of what happened to them.
