This is such a great bag! Mine is in the classic black/brown combo. I use the bag a ton in the spring/summer when my family is spending a lot more time outdoors. I use an organizer in mine. I purchased it on Etsy. Unfortunately, it looks like the exact one I have is no longer available, but there are a ton of other options to choose from 😍.
Even on longer trips, I travel with only a personal item, a large Longchamp shoulder bag. Packed inside is a Longchamp backpack for use at my destination. No baggage fees, no lost luggage, no stress. A win-win. Highly recommend. Will do again. Nice review of a great bag.

Its true. They fix it for you. My friend did recently and it was a bag 💼 that i gifted him. And they dont even ask for proof of purchase since i didn’t even have it and it was purchased by someone else in a different country.

I really like the color- I should have gotten two! haha! The wrinkles don't bother me so much on my travel pieces because I usually stuff them full of things when we travel. Now if I had one for everyday use- then that would annoy me! haha!
I know this is 5 months past your comment, but I keep my most used Le Pliage pieces open and stuffed to minimize the crinkling as I switch between bags. The crinkles do release as the piece is loaded and used, so when unfolding, be sure to load them up.
