Recipe in English:-
Ingredients:-
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sugar(cheeni) ¾ Cup or as required
-Custard powder (mango flavor) 5-6tbsp or as required
-Doodh(Milk) 1 Cup
-Cream 1 Cup/pack or as required
-Mango 1 Cup
-Grapes 1 Cup
-Banana 2-3 Medium size
-Fruit cocktail 1 Cup
-Sugar syrup/Fruit syrup of cocktail
-Dry fruits as required
Assembling:-
-Red jelly cubes
-Plain cake cubes
-Sugar syrup 1-2 tbs
-Fruit cocktail-1 pack
-Custard
-Add all fruits
-Custard
-Cream
-Dry fruits
-Red jelly and fruit cocktail with cherry
Directions:-
-In a Pan,add milk,sugar,bring it to boil.
-In a bowl,add mango custard powder,milk & mix well.
-Add dissolved custard powder in boiling milk,mix well & cook until it thickens or (4-5 minutes).
-Let it cool
-In a bowl,add mango,grapes,banana,condensed milk,fold gently & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a trifle bowl,add red jelly cubes,plain cake cubes,sugar syrup,prepared custard , prepared mixed fruits and Cream.
-Garnish with Red jelly cubes,fruit cocktail,dryfruits & serve chilled!
