Yes but remember IT is just a load of stuff. Stuff never fixes the problem, cleaning IT all out is the fixing. So remove I.
      : )
Love your being here and taking the time to comment. xx

When I wake up in the morning I am aware of "I" but not at night, within minutes it is like blanking out no sense of "I"🙏

Thank you for the video. After my first listening, I picked up on what you were saying about duality. A non-dual state is one where the witnesser of thought is unpeturbed by thought; in other words, there is no "I" (in the sense of a conditioned reaction or ego) that in reacting to them. It reminded me of J krishnamurti's philosophy of the observer and the observed. In the non-dual state, the observer is the observed! Am I understanding this point correctly? (Through the medium of the thinking mind, of course). ❤❤

Yes, brilliant. The thinking mind is all.understanding, but it only understands regurgitated intelligence born from experience and replicated by its own understanding of that, what it created. Samsara! This means I offer my services to infinite living spasms (new bodies) as it is better than the final ultimate death. Therefore, the being accepts slavery as better than the option of death. Those who seek death are confronted with the possibility of death (dark night of the soul). And it is then clearly seen as I walks to its death, that death appears as true life. This is being awakened to what the mind superimposed as "never look for death"
And beyond this death, thoughts are infinite ongoing always life as it is.
Most who awaken openly laugh at the idea they have been fooled by the thought. The thought of control by superior ego states has given birth to copying the pure free I, with a complying
      I. Somewhere above the planet is a surrounding satellite pulsating negative thoughts, and the thinker is born through the simple thought me/you and I. Division duality, separation, hierarchical, tiers. Power of status and it's utilisation of order.
The thought who I am, is to establish which I? Once you realise there was only one I the dream I will die dies. Xx it's great you are looking with mind and taking your wisdom seriously. Life is subtle, but the idea that it ends is even more subtle. Shatter the illusion and see the reality beyond. Xx

@@Hereness@Hereness, there is nothing that I am more serious about. I think that philosophy and wisdom are the very things that make one's life rich and happy. I appreciate the comment. Just to be clear is what you are saying that the 'false' "I" (of ego, me and mine, ect) the part of mind that fears the death you talked of. Is that that the non-dual mind doesn't fear death at all, or perhaps at least not in the same way? ❤ peace and love, as always.

@CharlieJohnWilson yes, to be fair every dweller within their apparent body does not want to lose the body. an intelligent mind is not so important. I mean, it is the answer to our philosophical and living needs and experiences, so one loves the body. Ego wants to drive the body in fact every body to a sense of heightened bliss and deep suffering(also pain)
Nonduelity seems to be free of ideas of beginning end and, in fact, has no need to reach any other state rather than placid stable still life. So it's hard to drive a nondual mind into war(anger) or sex (short-term heoghtened love)just for the sake of experiencing them. Nonduality can not find separation in body mind, soul, spirit, God, or Consciousness. Where as duality lives to direct them all with ego, and then spend many lives rejoining that what is never disconnected!. This is living illusively. Carry on Charlie, with the world's philosophy but never stop analysing I.
Love and deep 🙏 🫡 keep going. X

@Hereness, thank you. I do understand this quite clear, I think. In the non-dual mind, the ego isn't looking at stimuli as good or bad. Instead, it is just simply being attentive to the stimuli(whethet mental or physical). Just pure looking/being diligent to mind/body. Not translating the stimuli in terms of one's preconceived ideas. Treating it purely as a fresh case.
