The combination of all 3 lasts on me about 10 hours in the Fresno heat! Amazing!! And for the first time in my life, the shade is an exact match to my coloring! I'm now a fan for life!

My favorite foundations are all Chanel. I like the CC Cream quite a bit. B20 is a great match for me, but the CC Cream in this is a bit too light for me. I had trouble with the Vitalumiere. For me it had no coverage and was sooo creamy and shiny it just didn't work for me. It was also quite yellow in B20. And you're absolutely correct - it never sets and always stays too shiny and wet. And I was told Chanel was discontinuing it. I found the Sublimage had a similar issue to the Vitalumiere. Little coverage yet simultaneously it leaves a shiny mask finish. I think I've used too much trying to get coverage. Your mention of its skin improving powers have influenced me to purchase it again. I've only sampled the Ultra Le Teint Velvet but it seems promising and no doubt I'll purchase it soon. Again, the B20 doesn't really match, seeming a bit more dark. Agree - it's not ultra matte. I love love love the Vitalumiere Aqua! It's extremely natural and beautiful - perfect! I have used the Ultra Le Teint Velvet around my nose and the Aqua on the rest of my face. Works very well! Now, thanks to your review, I must try the Les Beiges! Never tried the Water Fresh Tint. It seems rather gimmicky. What is the purpose and benefit of the separation? The Ultra Le Teint is the best, most beautiful and glamorous foundation I own. I don't use it to for a no makeup look. It gives me the most coverage and the most sophisticated finish. It's for important events - it's my "dress up" foundation - just gorgeous! I think I have the older formulation. The powder version is also very fine. I use it to touch up my nose. I just discovered the Les Beiges Sheer Healthy Glow Moisturizing Tint and use it every day, either alone or under another foundation. It lives up to its name. Excellent presentation in your usual beautiful diction. While there are products from other lines that I use, Chanel makeup is magnificent. I find myself trying other foundations but I return to Chanel. Thank you. (fyi I'm a mature woman). I've subscribed and am watching your superb videos.

A little concealer adroitly placed, a quick brush with the powder topped off with a hint of blush and I'm good for the day. It's an unbelievably beautiful foundation if a subtle but finished look is the goal. I found the Chanel powder blushes to be awfully subtle, perhaps to a fault. I have Rose Initial which is so delicately understated I need to beef it up a bit with something else. I've ordered Rouge Profond and Rose Petillant and am waiting for their arrival. In the meantime, I use a little Tom Ford Frantic Pink, which is also quite subtle but adds another dimension of color. Let me add that as I view them, your videos keep getting better and better and you keep getting more and more lovely!
I looove the cc cream! And I have oily skin but I find it lasts all day, great coverage for everyday wear. My other faves are the ultra velvet, healthy glow and ultra le teint for events or date nights🤩 and paired with the concealer and loose powder, best complexion products!
Jane Iredale has a foundation very much the same as Eau de Teint. I have not tried it yet, as I adore the Eau de Teint, but I am curious about it. No. 1 and Eau de Teint are my favourites. I do enjoy the Sublimage in the pump, but it does not leave my skin as dewy as I like.

This was an extremely informative video. Thank you for making it. Estee Lauder came out with an Ultra Sheer Double Wear foundation that is quite nice. I know this is a luxury channel but I do believe you should give this a try since the shade range is unbelievably inclusive! I have lied in smaller towns (for work) where luxury brands were over an hour away and used these high end brands before the internet exploded and shipping takes the place of shopping!

I love them all! I recently tried a sample of the Le Teint Ultra on my dry and (almost) mature skin. It leaves the sensation of moisture all day long, but it seems to emphasize the fine lines of my eyes. I don’t know if I’m going to buy it or splurge on one of the two Sublimage…
I don’t like the CC creme because it feels thick and the shades seem too white. If my skin is miserably dry I’ll use Vita lumiere but my favorite is the Ultra Le Teint.
I absolutely love the Vitalumiere Aqua; however, I think I might try the Les Beiges when the humidity finally normalizes. I will probably try to get a sample before committing to it. Think I also need a lighter shade of the Water Fresh Tint since fall is approaching.

Hi Alison, I currently own 6 chanel foundations but I'm very confused which primer is best suited to which foundation. I have the le blanc base in the bottle but nor sure if this is suitable for all foundation please can you help. ❤❤
That primer is great for diminishing the appearance of pores and redness so the foundation you chose to apply overtop will vary in the coverage and finish desired.
