I'm still trying to find the words to describe how incredible this adaption is. I will never forget where I was when this first graced my ears. The original has been one of my favorites songs for years, but the contrasts of melody and cacophony were a bit much for my parents to understand. My mom passed last year, and I played this for my father on the way back from a canoe trip together. The beauty and resonance of the human condition encapsulated here brought him to tears in a wonderful and reflective way.
I found you and this song through the "Imagine" trailer of Star Citizen. And I could never let go. This version elevates it to a new level...thank you.
