- the module he got in the eyja alter is prob one of the best in the entire game, he gets 300 def ignore, got his healing increased by 20% and has an additional 15% chance to trigger his talent at base. The amount of healing and dmg he can do now is just insane and pretty disgusting tbh, I hope we don't get more spikes in power like this again

to be fair, exalts def ignore only activates with his talent at 35% or smth whilst the aoe sniper def ignore is permanent (I think)

Hes mid before, also theres passenger, mostima, ebenholz, and the whole Abyssal hunters had broken modules wdym
They all are absolute shit without modules then their module came as gamechanger, especially AHs, just specter alt and gladiia are already hard to die with those HPs and regens
@@jerryananda5599 ebenholz x module only gives him initial burst damage, y module helps him kill trash mobs faster. It's an upgrade but not broken imo, since ebenholz himself is only okay compared to other 6 stars.

if anything, he just really got a pretty good buff ngl
it's a 300 DEF ignore on the second hit *provided that* the talent procs in the first place (which wouldn't be as much offskill)
the 20% increase in healing is just a nice bonus to his sustain too
the buffs change nothing about his skill cycling, so he still has to deal with offensive recovery handicaps

Just some corrections/additions with the description: Only the second hit from the talent gets the 300 def ignore. Also the inc chance is 15% not 10%.(Source:Compiled Cn TL and numbers post prior to the evnt)

Range ignoring archetype limitations, convinient ammo-style skill and true AoE, that hits every target in range harder, than single-target operators.

@@skr0gu3 Chongyue still feels like a Brawler (1-block, rather squishy, and awkward ramp) and I think his kit is arguably the best example of a 6-star (especially limited) fitting the character's "fantasy" without breaking archetype. He's a hidden dragon who can become immovable and clobber anything in his (strict) line of sight after having some time to cultivate. Even his extended range still feels Brawler-y since he doesn't get melee diagonals, and his S2 both has a unit limit and favors damage against his current duel (ie. Brawl) target.
Exec seems to feel like a melee Chen2 to a lot of people, probably because Reaper's most distinctive feature is its range and he changes that range to Spreadshooter. I think there would be less fuss if the outward range had been extended instead (this would be much worse in most cases, but allow for some funny corner hijinks that would actually feel unique to Reaper).
All that said -- I think it's fine for Exec specifically to have this range/style because his original unit was a Spreadshooter, similar to Specter Alter having the least interesting Doll gimmick due to a kit that's more concerned with developing Specter's identity than fitting the archetype. Exec's kit should also feel more distinctive once they make another 6-star Reaper who perhaps leans into the original identity more (similar to most people being satisfied that Mountain/Chongyue do different things).

Only in theory. He has far more situational sp recovery type and his dph is not quite as high as chen, which cripples his dmg against high def
@@kiuhh1118 "which cripples his dmg against high def" is literally just wrong lol. At 1:18 we see him comfortably take out a 2k def elite with his last 8 ammo. For comparison, chalter would need like ~12 shots to kill that enemy, which takes almost double the amount of time. Post-module his expected skill DPS is higher than chalter for all def values.

It’s 5%, but because it’s a final damage multiplier it means during skill periods with large attack increases, like Spalter S3 or Andreana S2, it’s effectively an increase comparable to Skadi modX’s 24% atk buff
@@arks_knights u know whats cooler? UlpiAnus as Crusher Guard with truckload of HP and ATK. 0 DEF and RES? No problem, other AH member with mod can keep him alive
Edit: and its also kind of lore accurate bc UlpiAnus is Skadi's captain and Crusher is like Dreadnought's long lost cousin so it makes sense.

Modules should make operators stronger not fixing their issues. I personally dont like the idea of it. Good operators great with no modules, but some unplayable without them. Exec good example bof that.
He was good already before the module but the lvl 3 was just overkill imo
I mean your lucky if your fave operators module is about fixing their issue. Majority of them are useless and just stat sticks, at this point i just see module system as an emergency firetruck when the released new operator has bad reception.
fixing their problems is literally making them stronger other wise they get small stat boosts

@@Storn_ I don't know mate, 300 flat def ignor made a little difference its not 30% and his problem weird ammo mechanic that working with snipers but very weird with reaper, role compression of laneholder and boss killer not working well for me.
Honestly I'm pretty disappointed in his mod, he's still so inconsistent. His double hit talent is now stronger, but the chance buff is way too small, 35% is not something you can rely upon, especially for something so strong. Keep Mr RNG away from my account lol
Its a massive upgrade from 20% and the last 3 ammos of his s3 is garanteed double hit, and he attacks 7% faster which also helps with regen, heal and damage

@@hola-ff5dc"potensial 6 simulation". Basically texas' talent for +2 dp at start become a replacement for lacking max pot (total of -2 cost). Usually used where an operator need to be deployed as soon as possible.
