Technically it’s 50x2, but looks like it is combined into 100 during the skill.

Yea, you're right.
It is just due to how the video shows it with the random deactivating with his skill causing it to only hit one target, which makes it seem like he's only healing 100.
Adding the fact that there isn't many video showcasing Alter Executer by the point of my comment limit the info I have on him.
