Okay, so the “2700 year” date I gave at the beginning may not be wholly accurate. The Arathor empire on the Eastern Kingdoms didn’t technically dissolve until 1200 years ago, so this group could have departed any time between 2700 - 1200 years in the past. That said, there’s a few pieces of lore in the zone that still make me think the timeline lines up with the Troll Wars. The NPC I talked to at the start mentions how high elves went with the Arathi to teach them magic, just like the high elves who taught 100 human mages magic during the Troll Wars. (I genuinely think if Dalaran had been more established at this point, there would’ve been no need for high elves to go with them to teach them magic). We also know that the high elves and humans grew apart in the centuries after the Troll Wars (to the point that by the time of the First / Second Wars, the high elves were too isolated and only cared to help their human allies when their hand was forced). The fact that the high elves and Arathi were close enough to leave together on top of how the quel’dorei went with them to teach the humans magic really has me convinced these Arathi come from a splinter group that left the Eastern Kingdoms closer to 2700 years ago, not 1200.
Im totally not a lore guy ever, but after playing through this zone myself im taken aback at how powerful the story all feels. Do you agree this might be the most significant story to ever play out through your standard leveling questlines? Maybe im just inexperieced but it feels like something that will set up the rest of the world soul saga all in this zone.
This is going to be my favorite zone of all time. Arathor Faction in Hallowfall is my favorite so far in this expansion. Specially with the New Half Elf Characters who has the lothar name too.
If you can put your series with multiple parts into playlists that would be awesome to help find them easier :) I kept getting the 2nd episode of a 3 part series recommended and I had to look quite hard to find the first one, playlists would be the easiest way especially if you want to upload multiple things staggered
@@Ishura Both would be perfect! It just makes finding multi part series easier, since youtube is good at making viewers aware they exist, but very bad at recommending episode 1 then 2 etc. Of course its up to you if you think its a good fit for your channel but just my thought as a viewer :)
So is there going to be some twist once Xal'atath is confronted in the final area? The Midnight expansion will be centered around defending the sunwell from invading void forces, so do the heroes just stand around and lose in TWW?
Maaaaybe? But there's a book in the Forbidden Reach that says once Xal'atath has completed the awakening or something of the sort, Azshara will come back. So I could see Xal'atath getting defeated in TWW and Azshara taking her place as antagonist in Midnight, or Xal'atath surviving and them teaming up in Midnight?
get a twitch and you got a follow hun. lovely voice. lovely gameplay. i also love your not trying to sexualize women gamers by wearing skimpy clothing. just a wholesome walkthrough love it. hope you get bigger! you looking forward to war within? looks super pretty
Yes! I wasn't that excited for the expansion at first because Midnight is more up my alley but I've loved what I've seen so far of TWW. The existential themes throughout the earthen zones are really compelling and all the lore in Hallowfall is SO exciting.

17:12 Alleria is Warcraft's second best high-functioning deadbeat mom, change my mind. First one being Aegwynn, of course.

Agreed!! I was looking forward to this zone the most and it didn't disappoint one bit!
I really enjoy these videos :)
There is no way that people will use those candles and create lewd words and/or imagery.
It's just not possible.

There's already a playlist for all of the TWW leveling zones, unless you mean making an individual playlist for each zone?

Yippee !!
Why are you using Diving Storm on single target mobs?
Uh, is it when it's proccing? Or after all mobs have died and there's only one left over?
