Iba na po yung settings sa home fibr namin. Wala na po yung broadband settings. Nawala yung connection namin afer hard reset
hi sir, nawala po ang 2.4ghz ko na bandwidth, i tried your suggestion pero hindi ko pa rin makita ang bandwidth na 2.4. i forgot my globe at home password so hindi ko po ma access ang settings. Maybe you have other suggestions po, i would greatly appreciate it. thanks.

Hello po sir may idea po kayo kung bakit hindi na maka connect yung ibang device sa wifi namin? Bigla nlang po hindi mka connect pati smart tv namin. Cellphone lng ng asawa ko ang mka connect
possible po marami na naka connect sa WIFI Devices nyo.. try to power off the modem for several mins then ON ulit.. if naka CONNECT kaau meron kasi limit yong modem number of devices makak Connect sa WIFI.. SHARE and SUBSCRIBE.. :)

BLINKING PON is different issue meron po mali fiber splicing yan kaya nag ka ganyan MAC-based kasi authentication ng Modems kaya if na salingwa pag splice ng fiber cable possible po na punta sa iba port kaya WALA na RED LOS pero di maka pag authenticate.. make sure na OFFICIAL modem po yan.. NO NEED to HARD RESET the modem..

Hello, First of ALL HARD RESET is ok if meron po tau na backup na config.
if your modem is PPPOE -- create under WAN pppoe and input the PPPOE Account USER/PASS(technician knows)
if your modem IPOE -- create under WAN then under VLAN 400. then that should be enough to bring back the connection.
then if NETWORK status is UP na po then you need to configure the WIFI make sure to enroll it to the WAN/SSID.
if hindi po kaya ang technical details po then you all you need to do is
REPORT it to GLOBE ONE APP para ma technician visit po then ma restore asap yong internet connectivity nyo po.. Share and SUBSCRIBE

Hello po, accidentally ko po na set yung WAN ACL. Hindi ko na po na access yung gateway na 192.168.254.254. Any way to open it again?
hello you can check the LAN CABLE connect to the modem.. since applycable yong WLAN ACL on wireless pero pag naka LAN ka pwede ka pa rin maka connect po.. hope this help thanks po!!

Hello if 5G signal baka na enable po yong BAND STEERING means na 1 SSID name under 2.4 and 5GHZ sa wifi po.. check the modem configuration if naka enable yong Bandsteering.. else you need to disable manually configure the 5GHZ name and password para lalabas ulit yong 5GHZ signal.. hope makatulong subscribe :D

Hi sir good day! pa help po kasi nani bago ako sa new dashboard ng globe at home model HG6145f. Nag iba ang dash board niya nung nag palit kami modem nung nag upgrade kami. Ibang iba na talaga dashboard niya and when I disabled broadcasting the wifi name po wala na talaga hindi rin makita means disabled na yung internet. Hindi siya tulad ng dating dashboard na if I disabled it hidden na yung wifi but for this wala talaga

Question po. Meron po kaming Huawei HG8145X6 na Modem from Globe which is kapapalit lang dahil nag upgrade po kami. Ang problema po niya is kapag kumoconnect po kami sa internet via Wi-Fi or LAN, bigla pong automatic na namamatay yung modem. Ano po kayang problema nito?

Laptop or PC connect ka via LAN cable if hindi nyo ma connect sa wifi. then you can reconfigure sa modem po using default modem user/password sa ilalim naka sulat. then once mapasok nyo modem config you can change na what wifi name and wifi password. thanks hope this help

Marami kasi factors po yan.. possible yong MOBILE/LAPTOP/PC gamit nyo yong meron problema.. pero kadalasan po if GREEN naman lahat i would recommend to Reboot modem.. check the cable yong fiber patch cords if wala sira or na bend... then if wala pa rin yan na time need nyo ma report po.. possible rin marami naka connect sa modem nyo na devices kaya nag kakarron kaau nawalawala wifi...

hello, sino po ang Internet Service provider nyo? if Globe activated lahat ng port para sa LAN cable; if PLDT only LAN1 lang meron internet; try to check cable connection baka mali lang pag ka crimp or terminate sa connector.. i hope this help and subscribe po kaau!

hello, i would recommend to check you modem POWERSUPPLY if stable kasi yan po yong misan cause ng restart.. else you may try to RESET your modem to default baka meron lang kaau settings na nagalaw po.. else you can also check if HARDWARE related issue po yan lalo na if 24/7 siya naka PLUG yan po yong nakaka sira.. salamat and keep sharing my video po! thanks

Sir, tanong lang po. Nireset ko po yung modem namin kasi nakalimutan ko yung wifi password at username ko. 30 secs ko siya pinindot tas after mareset, di na gumana yung ilaw nung internet. Ano po ba magandang gawin?
hello. if you reset yong modem nyo po assuming you are PPPOE mode need kasi input yong USERNAME/ PASSWORD para po sa Session nyo maka login. .yan po reason bakit di umilaw internet kasi po nawala yong user/password and di maka authenticate ang modem nyo sa BNG.. much better to call or seek assistance with GLOBE ONE APP po para ma tech visit and ma input nila yong user/password.. salamat SUBSCRIBE po kaau

if yong on IPOE its okay to RESET the modem to bring back the default user/pass since via MAC ng modem authentication.. pero if your PPPOE then you need the PPPOE user/pass for re encoding to bring back the internet services po. salmaat ang subscribep o kaau

Nag try ko po mag log in sa web gamit po yung user name saka password na nakalagay sa modem ng wifi nung una po successful namn po pero later on po nag e error na po. Dinouble check ko na yung username saka PW erroe pa din po. D ko na po alam kung pano po aayusin. Hehehe

hello, possible is yong Mobilephone nyo po di capable masagap ang 5Ghz.. check po yong specs ng mobile phone nyo po if dual band po siya.. then if wala po pa power reboot ng modem po..check again if okey na po..salamat and subscribe po kaau!
jesus i learned nothing from this video aside from "don't press the reset". please naman sana for 7 min at least provide something as answer sa "what if I pressed the reset, and what to do next". In my case, I haven't pressed the reset yet, pero ang hina nang internet for days na, and yung technician di pa dumarating. I need the internet for work, so I was looking na baka press ko yung reset bbalik yung speed, pero ano gagawin next pag na pressed na.

if di na talaga tandaan user/password you can Reset the modem then it will go back to default po.. if naka PPPOE need nyo po user/password sa PPPOE account which is needed para mabalik connection.. if IPOE you can reset it wala magiging problema.. if di po kaya econfig much better to ask nalang sa Support para ma site visit and let the technician restore the modem para di mahiraapan po.. pa file ng ticket sa customer support.

pwede nyo po access modem via LAN cable. then you can login and enable under RADIO ENABLe it both 2GHz and 5GHz.
